Doggy

A classic for a reason, Doggy is a versatile position that leaves plenty of room to experiment with comfort, connection and different angles. One partner starts on their hands and knees while the other partner positions themselves behind, creating a shape that can be adjusted to suit both partners.
To get into position, start on your hands and knees with your hands directly beneath your shoulders and your knees comfortably positioned beneath your hips. Engage your core and keep your weight evenly distributed to create a stable base. The other partner can then move into position slowly, taking their time to find a comfortable stance and distance.
Once you're settled, small changes can make a big difference. Try adjusting your posture, adding a pillow beneath the knees or chest for extra support, or changing your positioning slightly to find what feels most comfortable. Communication is key, so check in with each other and make adjustments as you go.
Doggy also leaves plenty of room to change up the mood. Add lingerie, low lighting, music, massage or a couples-friendly toy to make the experience feel different each time. The shape can be as slow and intimate or as playful as you both want it to be.
Take your time getting into the position and, just as importantly, getting out. When you're ready to finish, slow down, shift your weight back and return to a comfortable position together.
