It gets the job done. Would prefer if the bulb screwed securely onto the wand. 4.5 stars.

This is a decent product for one of the cheaper douches. I've tried a few. This has a nice rounded smooth tip for easy insertion, no rough edges. There are three holes, one that squirts up (as you look at the picture), and two that squirt either side. These give a good deep clean. The whole thing packs away quite discreetly in a toiletry bag for or travelling or hiding, and the black one would go unnoticed.
The only minor problem I found is that the bulb pops onto the base of the wand, and can come loose easily if you bend it around while it's inserted. Until I got used to it, a few times I'd end up squirting water everywhere. It would get five stars from me if it screwed together securely. It's an annoyance rather than a risk though; the wand is thinner in the middle of its length, and flared a bit at the base, so there seems to be no risk of losing it inside and having to make an embarrassing dash to emergency.
All up, it gets the job done, and once you're used to keeping it together, you'll have no problems.
