FAQ - Shipping & Returns

All orders within Australia are discretely packaged in plain satchels. The sender's name appears as 'SAL 1562 Centre Rd, Springvale'. WE DO NOT write Sexyland on the package. 

We anticipate delays in Express Post orders during the Christmas / New Year period, and encourage you to select 2hr Delivery at checkout to ensure your items arrive on time.

Express deliveries take 1-3 business days + up to two workings days processing time prior to dispatch. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

We also offer our 2 hour delivery service within Melbourne metro, Greater Geelong, Adelaide & Darwin metro, between 8am - 11pm, 7 days. Shop Now or view a list of eligible postcodes here

If your order contains only pre-order items it will be available once stock arrives via the delivery method you selected in checkout.

If your order contains pre-order and regular items:

Store Pick Up - Your store will contact you once your order is ready. You will be able to choose between picking up your available items and waiting for pre-order stock to arrive, or picking up your entire order once pre-order item stock is available.

Free Express Post - Your order will be sent in 2 parts via Free Express Post. 

Quickie 1-2 Hour Delivery - Regular items will be sent via Quickie 1-2 Hour Delivery, and pre-order items will be sent via Free Express Post once stock arrives.

• Express Post is $13 for orders under $99, but we’ll throw it in for free on orders over $99!

• 2hr Delivery is just $20 — turns out good things come to those who don’t wait too 😉

Please allow 1-2 working days for us to process your Express Post order before it is shipped. You will receive an email from us once your order is shipped.

For Pre-orders, processing time will begin once stock arrives. An estimated stock arrival time can be seen on the product page.

Sexyland cannot be liable for lost or stolen parcels. We will be happy to assist in rectifying any delivery issues you may have. Please contact us if you have any questions.  

Sexyland offers a 12 month warranty for products that have a manufacturer’s fault. If you are unsure about our 12 month warranty please Live Chat with a Fun Specialist.

Please check out these helpful tips to determine if your toy is faulty.

For rechargeable toys:

1. Make sure that the toy is fully charged.
2. To ensure the toy is charging, make sure the power light is flashing when connected to the charger. (if the light stays on, this means your toy is fully charged)
3. Make sure that the power source is on.
4. Try different power ports for your charger. (sometimes power may vary across different ports)
5. Hold the power button for about 3-5 seconds for it to turn on.
6. Make sure that the travel lock is off (if your toy comes with this) usually you need to hold the + and – buttons simultaneously for about 3-5 seconds to disable/enable the travel lock.

For battery toys:

1. Make sure you have inserted the batteries correctly - this is the most common cause of malfunction.
2. Make sure that you are using the correct batteries.
3. Make sure the cap is tightly closed! (Especially for waterproof products)
4. Make sure to try new batteries.
     -Hold the power button for about 3-5 seconds for it to turn on.
     -Check battery contacts, springs sometimes can compress - extend them a little.
     -Check contacts for corrosion a greenish colour on the metal of the battery contact.

If, after checking all the above, your toy is still not working, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us with details of your purchase. Lingerie & footwear warrants a 60 day warranty from date of purchase. Should this product prove to be defective during this time, Sexyland Australia will, on proof of purchase, repair or replace the product with the same or similar product at its sole discretion.

• Your package will be handed over to our delivery driver and will be delivered to your doorstep within 2 hours of you receiving your order confirmation email.

If you request Quickie - 2 hour delivery but not all products are available for immediate dispatch (indicated by a red box at checkout), Sexyland will post the unavailable items using Australia Post (3-10 business days). We will email you a tracking number once these items have been posted. Products marked by a green box will still be sent immediately via 2 hour courier. Your order confirmation email will also outline which products are coming and when.

If you are not at home to receive your Quickie 1–2 hour delivery your order will be left in the safest place available. If this occurs, Sexyland cannot be liable for any lost or stolen goods.
