Due to an increase in demand, at times, popular items may be temporarily unavailable.
If you order items that are available for 2 hour delivery along with items that are not available for 2 hour delivery, you will receive your order in 2 parts.
The first part - delivery of the available products within 2 hours of your purchase plus the second part - via Australia Post within 7 days (we'll email you a tracking number once it is posted).
Delivery Process
- Once your online order has been processed, your order will be delivered to your nominated shipping address within 2 hours if possible.
- Your order will arrive in discreet packaging that has been checked and sealed.
NB: *If you are not at home to receive your delivery, it will be left in the safest place available. Claims for a refund on the loss or theft of goods via our 2-hour delivery service will not be processed after more than 10 days, from date of purchase.
High Demand/Peak Periods
On High Demand/ Peak periods orders may take longer than 2 hrs.
High Demand/ Peak Periods include but are not limited to: Friday Nights, Weekends, Valentine's Day, Christmas/New Year's Period.
On some occasions Traffic & Weather might also delay the Courier.
