Terms & Conditions 1. This competition Name the Naughty Elf is conducted by Sexyland 1562 Centre Rd Springvale Vic 3171. 2. Entrants must like Sexyland’s Official Facebook and Instagram pages where a photo of an elf alongside Sexyland products will be posted. Entrants must name the elf and use #SexyElfie. The one that provides the naughtiest name each week wins. 3. The prize pool consists of 4 x Sexyland basket of goodies valued at $200 each. 4. The Competition is eligible to all, excluding employees and contractors of the Promoter. 5. One (1) entry must be posted for each person. Multiple entries within the one week will not be accepted. 6. The Competition will commence on Sunday, December 1, 2019. Entries will close at midnight AEST on Tuesday, December 24, 2019. The winner will be decided within 24 hours after the deadline and winners will be advised by email within 48 hours with details of how to claim their prize. Any prizes not claimed within 30 days will be forfeited. 7. Winner’s details will be posted on the Sexyland Facebook and Instagram pages once the winner has been advised and the post will remain for 14 days. Entrant’s personal information will be retained by the Promoter to enable it to administer the Competition and publicise the winner as required by individual State legislation. 8. Entrants confirm and promise that their Competition entry is original and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. 9. In the event that any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Once the prize has left the Promoters premises the Promoter is not responsible for loss or damage sustained during transit. 10. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for: (i) any error, omission, interruption, or delay in the operation or transmission of any communication sent to (or by) the Promoter whether caused by problems with communication networks or lines, computer systems, software or internet service providers, congestion on any carrier network or otherwise, (ii) any theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of such communications; (iii) any problem with, or technical malfunction of, any computer system or other equipment used for the conduct of the Competition; (iv) any incorrect or incomplete information which may be communicated in the course of administering this Competition (whether as a result of one of the foregoing causes or otherwise). 11. Any attempt to cause damage to any website or the information on any website associated with this promotion, or to otherwise undermine the fair and legitimate operation of this competition may be a violation of criminal and civil laws.
