FAQ - Shipping and Store Pick-Up

Of course! Your pleasure is your business, not your prying postie’s or your nosy neighbour’s, so rest assured your order won’t draw any attention. We use plain satchels and write our sender name as ‘SAL 1562 Centre Rd, Springvale’, not as ‘Sexyland’. It’ll just be our little secret…

Some delivery delays may occur due to extreme weather conditions or during periods of increased demand. We recommend selecting 2hr Delivery at checkout to ensure items arrive in time for occasions and holidays. 

2hr Delivery:
Your order will be delivered to your door within 2 hours of you receiving your order confirmation email. Once a courier has picked up your order from our store, we’ll send a tracking link to your mobile number so you can track your order in real time.

Express Post:
In addition to our order processing time of up to 3 business days, delivery via Express Post usually takes 1–3 days. We recommend allowing up to 7 business days for your order to be delivered before contacting us.

Standard Delivery:
These packages typically take between 3-7 business days, though it can be a little longer outside metropolitan areas. A 3 business day processing time also applies.

Store Pick-Up:
Store pick-up is available for online and phone orders from all store locations between 9am and 11pm. See our Store Locations for your nearest Sexyland Store.

We deliver our adult pleasure goodies Australia-wide, so don’t worry if you haven’t got a Sexyland store near you — we’ll make sure all Aussies can enjoy themselves!

If you live in the Melbourne metro, Greater Geelong and Darwin metro areas, you can get your items delivered in just 2 hours if you order between 8am and 11pm. 
South Australian customers can also enjoy Sexyland's 2hr Delivery service between 8am-8pm on weekdays, and 8am-4pm on weekends. Just select our 2hr Delivery option at checkout and get ready for a fun night in!

• Standard delivery is FREE on all orders

• Express Post is $13 for orders under $99, but we’ll throw it in for free on orders over $99!

• 2hr Delivery is just $20 — turns out good things come to those who don’t wait too 😉
