Your order will be delivered to your doorstep within 2 hours of you receiving your order confirmation email.

On some occasions your 2hr Delivery order might take a bit longer than 2 hours due to high demand/peak times, weather or traffic conditions. If you are concerned, please contact your local Sexyland store or call 1800 885 239.
As our 2 hour delivery process will commence upon placing your order, we recommend you make contact with our Customer Service team as soon as possible.

Please note: Once a driver has been booked you are unable to cancel your order.
Unfortunately NO, as this service has a very quick turnaround. If we have already booked a driver for your order then we will not be able to cancel your order.
Only select items that are available for 2hr Delivery. You can find items available for 2hr Delivery here. If you select items that are not marked as 2hr Delivery items, we will try to fulfil your order but if we can’t, the rest of the order will be shipped to you via standard post FREE of charge. We will also email you a tracking number once items are shipped.
2hr Delivery runs between 8am till 11pm 7 days a week. Quickie is unavailable Christmas day. (Times may change due to public holidays. Please check our website for hours)

If you are not at home to receive your 2hr Delivery your order will be left in the safest place available. If this occurs, Sexyland will not be liable for any lost or stolen good.
No. The couriers are unable to deliver to a PO BOX or a Parcel Locker.
2hr Delivery orders are delivered within 2 hours of placing your order.
