Sexyland Bedroom Fantasies Submissions
On the terms and conditions set out herein, Sexyland agrees to provide you with an opportunity to submit and share your favourite Bedroom Fantasy with the understanding that all content submitted by you is subject to future use by Sexyland for marketing & SEO purposes.

If it is determined that you have acted in bad faith in respect of the Bedroom Fantasies Writing Program, at any time, you will be excluded from the Bedroom Fantasies Writing Program and be no longer eligible to participate.

You may only use this site and the Bedroom Fantasies Writing Program in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and for lawful and proper purposes which include complying with all applicable laws, regulations and codes of practice within Australia any other jurisdiction in which you are accessing the site. In registering for the Bedroom Fantasies Writing Program, you hereby agree to these terms and conditions.

We respect your privacy:
Sexyland promises that your contact details, full name & personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with outside sources. The exception to this promise includes only the Bedroom Story submission, your chosen alias & the location you chose to share publicly. 

In using this Site, you agree that:

1. are an Australian resident of at least 18 years of age;
2. will provide true, accurate, current, complete and non-misleading information
3. will comply with the Content Terms; and
4. will not post, transmit or otherwise disseminate any information or images on or via the Site, including images of minors, which is or may be inappropriate, harmful, vulgar, obscene, defamatory, harmful, tortuous, racist or otherwise illegal or offensive.

If you are provided with a user ID and password (or other ancillary information) they are to be treated as confidential information and you are not to disclose this information to a third party. Any unauthorised use must be reported immediately. It is further your responsibility to ensure those accessing the Site through your internet connection comply with these terms.

18 Years and older
You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the Writing Program. You agree that Sexyland may request proof of age and identity at any time during the Program.

Bedroom Stories Program Content Terms

1. Your story must be written in clear and concise English, in a creative and unique manner.
2. You must not and can not copy and paste your story or any parts of your story from any other source.
3. You agree that the story you submit is authentic and written by you.
4. You agree that you have not plagiarised or stolen any part of your story from any other source.
5. You agree that Sexyland has explicit rights to reproduce, print & use the story you submit for future marketing & SEO purposes.
6. You agree that Sexyland will use the alias you provide in the first question to credit you as the author to your story should it be chosen.
7. You agree to provide a location for Sexyland to share publicly if your story is chosen and that this location is as accurate as possible.
8. You agree that Sexyland has the right to edit all content submitted to ensure it meets their requirements, as needed.

Copyright
All images, illustrations, designs, products, video clips and any other materials that appear as part of the Site or are received as part of the Bedroom Fantasies Writing Program are subject to copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights and licences and are subject to the Australian intellectual property laws relating to same.

Privacy Policy
Sexyland will collect personal data about you in accordance with its privacy policy. You can read the privacy policy here https://www.sexyland.com.au/pages/privacy-policy. You acknowledge that Sexyland may contact you in relation to your participation in the Bedroom Fantasies Writing Program.

Stories
All stories submitted by you as part of the Bedroom Fantasies Writing Program are owned by Sexyland and the submission of such a story will constitute an assignment to Sexyland of any intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you indemnify Sexyland (inclusive of its affiliates, licensors, employees and agents) from any claim, loss, expenses or damages (including any direct, indirect or consequential loss) relating to the Bedroom Fantasies Writing Program and your participation or for any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for your behaviour in the Bedroom Stories Writing Program and the content you submit.

These terms and conditions do not limit, exclude or modify any non-excludable statutory guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other warranties (whether express or implied) under any state or federal legislation which cannot be excluded.

Cancellation and modification
Sexyland reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend your participation in the Bedroom Fantasies Writing Program or Bedroom Fantasies Writing Program as a whole.

Sexyland may alter the Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice to you.
