The manufacturing seam line on the silicone nozzle makes it unpleasant to use.
Other than that, the product works quite well.

Scary tip, leaky

The tip has ridges, which are troublesome to insert even for an anal expert like me. The connection between the stem and the bulb can leak when squeezing the bulb. The sideways holes flush plenty of water against the rectum walls at penis depth, where it's needed. It got me properly cleaned for sex but this wouldn't be my recommendation for a beginner.
