Shipping & Returns

Sexyland uses Star Couriers for all Melbourne metro deliveries and Australia Post Express Post for deliveries to PO Boxes and the rest of Australia. Australia Post Air Mail is used for all deliveries outside Australia.

Generally, delivery of orders within Australia is between 3-5 business days. However, we ask our customers to allow extra time for delivery as product availability may vary from time to time.

Orders of 10 items or less are currently shipped anywhere within Australia for AUD$12.

For orders over 10 items, or if ordering from outside Australia, please CONTACT US for delivery costs.

RETURNS

Sexyland Adult Department store offers a 30 day replacement warranty for faulty products due to their manufacture.  This does not apply to goods that become damaged due to mis-use.

Please observe the following before concluding that your product is faulty.

- Make sure you have the batteries in correctly - this is the most common cause of malfunction.
- Make sure the cap is tightly closed! (Especially for waterproof products)
- Check battery contacts, springs sometimes can compress - extend them a little.
- Check contacts for corrosion a greenish colour on the metal of the battery contact.

If, after checking all the above points, your toy is still not working, we will gladly replace it. Please CONTACT US with details of your purchase.
