How To Place An Order

Use the menu buttons on the left of screen to visit our product categories and the items within them. View more information on any particular product simply by clicking on it. (Then click on the back arrow in your browser to return to the products page). When you are ready to purchase an item click the 'order' button to the right of the product's image. (You can also specify a quantity just to the left of this button). Now you will be taken to your shopping cart page. This is a list of all the products you are planning to purchase. To remove an item from your shopping cart, check the small square to the left of the item you wish to remove then click 'recalculate' at the bottom of the page. You can also change the quantity of an item by entering a number in the box to the right (then click 'recalculate'). Next choose whether you would like to 'Continue Shopping' or 'Proceed to Checkout'. You are able to view the contents of your shopping basket at any time by clicking the 'View Cart' link in the grey menu bar located at the top of screen next to the 'Search' field. Products may also be added and/or removed here if required. Once you are ready to finalise your order, proceed to the checkout by clicking the 'Checkout' link also located in the grey menu bar at the top of screen or at the bottom of the 'Checkout' page. You will now need to follow the screen prompts in order to continue finalising your order. Selecting your method of payment: CREDIT CARD - Please enter all of your credit card details as prompted. You will be taken to a secure payment gateway and your credit card will be debited immediately. Credit card details are not stored or accessed by Sexyland. FAX ORDER - Use this option to print your order and either fax back to us with your credit card details added or mail it back to us with an Australia Post money order or cheque within 5 business days. Our fax number and mailing address are provided at the bottom of your printout. MONEY ORDERS - Please make money orders and cheques payable to Sexyland Australia. Cheques require a clearance period of 10 days before goods are released for delivery. PHONE ORDERS - Once you have placed your order online, please call us and we will take down your credit card details. Once you have selected your method of payment, click 'Continue' and your order will be sent to us. You may check on the status of your order at any time by emailing us. |
